Phyllis Mae Murphy, age 90, passed away at her home in Hot Springs, SD, on June 16, 2019.
Phyllis was born on November 4, 1928, to Elden and Berniese (Brush) Free in Sidney, Ohio. She had a successful career in the healthcare industry working as a nurse's assistant.
Phyllis is survived by her daughter, Dixie Spinnell.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs.
