Ray Torres, age 92, of Edgemont, SD, passed away on July 15, 2015, at his home in Edgemont.
Ray was born on April 1, 1923, in Fort Collins, CO, to John and Grace (Vigil) Torres. He proudly served in the United States Army from 1943, to his honorable discharge in 1945.
He is survived by his two daughters, Linda (Eddie) Harris of Spearfish, SD; Leonda Foreman of Big Lake, AK; two grandchildren; five great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs with Rev. Loyd Nielson officiating.
Interment will follow 2:00 p.m.,Wednesday, July 22, 2015, at the Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.
