Renette Diane Birdsall, 67, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away at her residence in Hot Springs, SD.  She left behind years of physical pain on this earth and went home to be with the Lord on July 18 ^th , 2021.

Renette was born November 10, 1953, in Minnesota, to Richard and Ruth (Wolter) Reed.

Renette is survived by her loving husband, Jeff, of Hot Springs; sons Ben (Erin) Terhaar of Glenwood, MN; Adam (Rachel) Terhaar of Aberdeen, SD; daughter Christina Johnson of Klamath Falls, OR; step-daughters Leanne (Jon) Falconer of Culpeper, VA; Lindsey Birdsall of West Fargo, ND; Lexie Birdsall of Ipswich, SD and Larissa Birdsall of Aberdeen, SD; grandchildren Chelsea, Daniel, Avery, Amelia, Olivia, Silas, Ava, Archer and Aaron; sisters Darlene (Roger) Hendricks; Georgia (Dan) Sorenson; Kathy (Mark) Baer; Julie (Marlin) Heitmann and Janice (Don) Montonye.

Predeceasing Renette are her parents and her twin brother, Richard Dana Reed.

Renette had passions for reading, camping, and spending time with loved ones.  But it was her faith in the Lord that sustained her through so many years of physical pain.  Though we mourn her loss from our presence, we celebrate the end of her pain on Earth and the joy she finds in the arms of the Lord.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain-McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs, SD.  Per Renette's wishes there will be no formal services.  In lieu of flowers please consider making a donation, in Renette's memory, to the charity of your choice.
