Obituary
Rex Elliott McMichael, age 57, passed away August 14, 2007 at the Veterans Medical Center in Hot Springs, SD.
Rex was born November 27, 1949 in Salem, OR to Frank and Ruby (McKinley) McMichael. He was a Vietnam veteran and served his country in the United States Army from 1969 until 1989.
Rex is survived by his wife, Joan McMichael of Pringle, SD; one daughter, Andrea Briese of Pringle; three brothers, Frank McMichael of Homeworth, OH, Micky McGowan of Lithicum, MD, Luther Handy of Salem, OH; one sister, Cindy Handy of Salem, OH; and two grandchildren, Jerry and Katie Briese.
Visitation with the family will be Friday, August 17, 2007 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Custer.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Custer. Written condolences can be made at www.mccolleyschapels.com.
