Richard Orie Draper, age 81, of South Boardman, MI, passed away May 18, 2013, at the Custer Regional Hospital in Custer, SD.
Richard was born September 24, 1931, in Owosso, MI, to Wellington and Margaret (Crane) Draper. He served in the US Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Grace Draper of South Boardman, MI; sons, Gary (Janice) Draper of South Boardman; William Draper of Grand Rapids, MI; daughter, Sharon (Phillip) Starr of Traverse City, MI; daughter-in-law, Patricia Draper of Grand Rapids, MI; sisters, Jane Boursaw of Traverse City; Mary Duran of West Pueblo, CO; and five grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at a later date in Michigan.
