Richard L. Fuller, 72, of Custer, SD, passed away August 2, 2023, at his home in Custer, SD.

Richard was born October 2, 1950, in Bryan, TX, to Paul and Ruby (Butler) Fuller.   He proudly served in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Public Health Service until his retirement after 39 years of service.

Richard is survived by his wife, Barbara of Custer; sons, Brandon (Jennifer) Fuller of Colorado; David (Chelsea) Fuller of Florida; daughter, Allison (Reid) Whiteside of Texas; brother, Shawn Fuller; sister, Donna Price Elliott and grandchildren, Brenna and Kaylee.

Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August, 8, 2023 at Chamberlain McColley Funeral Home in Custer, SD with military honors presented.
