Richard Carl Norene, 71, of Scio, OR and Hot Springs, SD, passed away June 2, 2020 at Fall River Health Services in Hot Springs, SD.
Richard was born March 31, 1949, in Portland, OR, to Norman and Ruth (Abbott) Norene.
Richard is survived by his wife, Wenda Shinall of Hot Springs; son, Nicholas Norene of Eugene, OR; sister, Carol (Jack) Miller of Everett, WA; grandson, Anthony and granddaughter, Mekayla.
