Obituary
Richard 'Rick' A. Roberts, Jr., 58, of Custer, SD passed away on October 1, 2018, in a house fire.
Rick was the son of Marlene Denice of Hagerstown, MD and deceased Richard Roberts, Sr. He was an Eagle Scout, served in the United States Army for three years as a medic, and worked most of his life as a chef. Rick was a caring person who loved his family, friends and his cats.
Rick leaves to cherish his memory three siblings, Nancy Reeder of Maryland; Rebecca Gumbel of Virginia; Ronald (Joe) Roberts of Florida; and his step father, Anthony Denice of Maryland.
A veteran's memorial burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Custer.
