Richard Muray Wilkerson 'Waco"

Richard Murray Wilkerson, 'Waco", was born June 11, 1948, in Tucumcari, New Mexico, to Ruth and Lawrence Wiklerson in Tucumcari, NM. He passed away July 24, 2026. He was raised in Dalhart, Texas and drafted into the U.S. Army in 1968 until his honorable discharge in 1970. Richard married Judy Stephens in 1971 and had three daughters. He got on the B. N. Railroad in 1976 and moved to Edgemont, SD.

He is survived by his wife, Judy; daughters, Chantil and Holly and Todd Peterson; grandson, Chance Hamiltonl granddaughter, Maddie Belle Peterson; great granddaughter, Mesa Rae; brother, Larry Wilkerson; sisters, Gloria Stoner and KayeLynn and nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by daughter, Radonna and parents, Lawrence Wilkerson and Ruth Riggins.

There will be no funeral.
