Robert Edison Davis, 95, of Hot Springs, SD, was born in Elkhart, Indiana, April of 1926, and passed away November 18, 2021, of natural causes.
Bob was drafted into the Army Infantry group while a senior in high school. He served in World War II and was deployed to Germany in September 1944 to fight for our freedom. Bob's friends of all ages describe him as "deeply devoted to his family, to God and community, soft spoken with the presence of kindness around him". Others describe him as "always friendly, a gentle spirit, with an amazing sense of humor who respected others and could laugh at himself".
