Obituary
Robert James Flyte, age 75, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away on August 12, 2014, at the Castle Manor Nursing Home.
Robert was born on October 10, 1938, in Hot Springs, SD, to Sam and Alice Flyte. He lived on the Flyte's farm until his mother passed away on July 18, 1992. Robert then moved to Edgemont where he was living at the time of his death.
Robert loved to garden, watch football, and watch classic movies. He was a beloved son, father, brother and will be missed dearly by family, friends, and neighbors.
He was preceeded in death by his parents; brothers, Sam and Walter; sisters, Pauline Letcher, and Alice Ludington.
Survivors include sons, Brian Flyte of Farmington, NH; Stacy Flyte of Las Vegas, NV; daughters, Rashelle Baron of Radcliff, KY; Robin Flyte Pullen of Colorado Springs, CO; brothers, Joe, John, and Charles; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Committal Service will be held at 11:00a.m., Saturday, August 16, 2014, at the Fairview Cemetery in Oral, SD.
