Roger D. Bentson, 84, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away May 24, 2026, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Hot Springs, SD.

Roger was born February 21, 1942, in Culver City, CA to parents, Roger and Cecile (Heath) Bentson.   Roger proudly served in the U.S. Army until his honorable discharge in 1968.  

Roger is survived by his wife, Lyn of Hot Springs.

Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2026, at Calvary Baptist Church in Hot Springs, SD followed by committal service at Evergreen Cemetery in Hot Springs.
