Rose Orsborn, age 78, of Newcastle, WY, passed away September 15, 2013, in Casper, WY.
Rose was born October 18, 1934, in Rapid City, SD, to Elize and Frances (Straw) Duncan. Her life was her children and her family. In 1949, Rose married Arnold Orsborn, they had a ranch up at the Limestone, Moon, South Dakota.
She is survived by her sons, Allen Orsborn ; Terry Orsborn; Paul (Maryanne) Orsborn; daughters, Arlene (Merl) Harp; Pamela (Russ) Whetham all of Newcastle, WY; brother, Ed (Judy) Duncan of Billings, MT; niece, Renee Duncan (Steven) Sherwood; grandchildren, Tonya, James, William, Amy, Brent, Shauna, Danny, Wes, Melissa, Justin, Rohn and numerous great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 28, 2013, at McColley's Chapels of the Hills in Custer, SD, with Pastor Joel Ziolkowski officiating. Interment will follow at the Custer Cemetery.
