Obituary

Rosey was born May 26, 1955, in Omaha, NE, to Myron and Stella (Scott) Campbell. Rosey grew up in a music loving family.  As a child she played the clarinet and she and her siblings, in their spare time, would have a jamboree.   Rose had a love for life, a laugh that would brighten up any room, an enjoyment for gardening, a passion for helping people and her greatest joy was being with her family and friends.

Rosey is survived by her daughter, Myra Alexander of Custer; sons, Jacob Leeling of St. Paul, MN; Mark Leeling of Covington, LA: stepdaughters, Cheryl Shook of Edgemont, SD; Diane Hamaker of Rapid City, SD; Jody Tackett of Milford, IA;  stepsons, Grant Hamaker of Edgemont, SD; Donny Hamaker of Oral, SD; sister, Suzette Caldarelli; brothers, Brock Campbell; Mike Campbell; 20 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and many honorary children and honorary grandchildren.  Honorary pallbearers are her 4 loving grandchildren and Donovah Krah.

Memorial services will be held 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 28, 2023, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Hot Springs, SD.  Committal services will be held 3:00 p.m., Friday, April 28, 2023 at Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD.
