Obituary
Ruth Alice Snedeker, age 93, of Hot Springs, SD, passed away, February 16, 2016, at the Fall River Hospital in Hot Springs, SD.
Ruth was born on July 21, 1922, to William J. Yeager and Arla O. (Lightwine) Yeager, in Niobrara County, WY. Ruth was a ranch woman who loved her land
and her animals. Little Bo Peep (her CB handle) shows how much she cared for her sheep. She loved helping her neighbors up and down the Cheyenne River Road with various events. Ruth also helped her neighbors when she lived in Dewey. She was a good neighbor. She loved to cook and bake, especially pies.
Ruth is survived by her daughters, Juanita Schroeder of Wall, SD; Jesse Soskie of Lisco, NE; Nancy Hawthorne of Reno, NV; sister-in-law, Lucia Yeager of New Castle, WY; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Ruth was preceded in death by her two husbands, Darrel Hawthorn, Cark Snedeker; brother, Harold H. Yeager; and 2 grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date.
