Samuel Richard Pomper, 73, of Custer, SD, passed away March 31, 2021, at his residence in Custer.

Samuel proudly served in the U.S. Navy until his honorable discharge in 1971.

Interment with military funeral honors will be held 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 30, 2021 at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD.
