Starla Mae Graham, of Custer, was born to Leslie and Bette Pullins in Hot Springs, SD on April 25, 1957 and passed away at her home on Thursday, February 2nd, 2023.

Starla married the love of her life James "Jim" Graham in Lewiston, ID December 21, 1996.

She is survived by her children, Mellisa Pullins of Custer, William Pullins, Jessica Black and Kristen (Cade) Campbell of Custer.   Siblings, Robert (JoAnne) Pullins of Rapid City, SD, William (Alice) Pullins of Martin, SD and Leslie (Gene) Barton of Custer, SD.  Grandchildren, Paige Myrick and Malachi Kelly of Fayetteville, NC.

Starla is preceded in death by her husband Jim Graham, Parents Leslie and Bette Pullins.

Celebration of Life will be held at the Custer VFW on Saturday April 22, 2023, at 2pm.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Custer, SD.
