Steven Wade Post, age 58, passed away May 1, 2011, at his home in Hot Springs, SD.

Steven proudly served in the United States Air Force from August 19, 1971, until his honorable discharge on March 28, 1979.

Steven's joyful smile, and the way he cared, left a lasting impression, that everyone shares. He showed love for his brothers, and family too, with miles between us, the love only grew. He loved to fish, under the bright blue sky, now his adventure is in Heaven, where the angels fly.

Steven is survived by three brothers, David (Tracy) Post of Ft. Collins, CO; Greg Post of Nederland, CO; and Jeff (Chary) Post of Burnsville, MN; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Committal Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 6, 2011, at Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, SD, with Pastor Morris Nelson officiating. Military Honors will be provided by the United States Air Force and Sturgis Veterans Honor Guards.
