A Helping Hand
By Tim Duffy
A kind heart and a helping hand
Serving others as a kindly man
His friendly smile and gentle way
He sacrificed for others nearly every day
A damaged roof or an unhinged door
A car repair and so much more
Whether carpentry or hospice care
We trusted him to be right there
No job too small to bring him around
No problem we know could bring him frown
Our handy man we'll miss you sincerely
For each of our hearts you've touched so dearly
He is survived by his sons, Walter Duffy, Jr. of Hot Springs; Tim (Hoju) Duffy of Hawthorn Woods, IL; daughters, Lila Jahrig of Martin, SD; Lana (James) Van Buskirk in Puyallup, WA; brother, Roland (Andrea) Duffy of Jackson Hole, WY; and 6 grandchildren.
