Obituary
Wayne Leonard Wells, age 85, passed away May 31, 2011, at his home in Hot Springs, SD.
Wayne was born September 24, 1925, in Shenandoah, IA, to Clifford and Mary (Skinner) Wells.
He served in the US Army from March 1944, until his honorable discharge in April 1946.
Wayne is survived by his son, Clifford (Pam) Wells of Lebanon, MO; daughters, Lori (Kenneth) Malone of Junction City, KS; Leta (Charles) Tillman of Orlando, FL; step-son, Larry Langdon of Lebanon, MO; eight grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, June 6, 2011, at McColley's Chapel of the Hills in Hot Springs with Pastor Morris Nelson officiating.
Interment will follow at the Evergreen Cemetery in Hot Springs. Military Honors will be provided by the South Dakota National Guard and Hot Springs Veterans Honor Guards.
