William Douglas Hayes, 62, of Hot Springs, SD passed away on March 11, 2021, at Monument Health Hospital in Rapid City, SD.

William was born September 20, 1958, in Northbend, Oregon to William and Winsome (Simpson) Hayes.

William proudly served in the United States Army from 1985, until his honorable discharge in 1988. He worked in the healthcare industry as a CNA.

William is survived by his wife, Esperanza Hayes of Hot Springs, SD.

Committal services will be held 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 19, 2021, at the Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, SD, with military funeral honors.

Arrangements have been placed in the care of Chamberlain McColley's Funeral Home in Hot Springs.
